“The pool area was very crowded. At least half the people there were not wearing wrist bands. It also seemed as though the people next door were bowling in their room.”

“Check out was not told our room was one of the rooms without hot water. When we told the front desk they were aware that there was no hot water. Just didn’t tell us. Check out and asked why we weren’t told they had no answer other then they knew we had no hot water.”

“Room was very musty smelling , I had to open the windows for several hours to air it out. water stains on the window shade, and the couch was broken down and dirty. Lots of traffic noise , and room was right next to the ice machine. There was a cockroach on the windowsill in the morning. Blackout curtain worked very well, the bed was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water and the bathroom was clean, but the hook on the back of the door was falling off, no exhaust fan. Body wash was watered……
